KID’S CORNER

My grace is sufficient for you.. (2 Corinthians 12:9)

Before her basketball game, Kelly prayed for a win. But even though her team played a great game, they lost in overtime. At first, Kelly couldn’t understand why God hadn’t answered her prayer. Then Kelly’s coach told them that one of the kids on the other team had a sister who was in hospital. The whole team was playing for her. When Kelly saw how happy everyone on the other team was, Kelly felt a joy deep inside her that she couldn’t explain. She also felt sure that God had answered her prayer and gave her something much greater than a win. What do you think Kelly received?

God living among us, your grace is all I need. Amen.
